Senior Project Manager (Client Partner)

Tasks

As Senior Project Manager, you are part of the management team, fully responsible for project management and product implementation, working directly with the CTO and CEO.

In this role, you drive the implementation of Xircles solutions. You help our clients from the pharmaceutical industry to deploy our solutions successfully and grow them within the organisation.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers and corporate partners
  • Implementing a clear implementation and product prioritization process involving all stakeholders, with transparent criteria
  • Facilitate agile cross-functional teams (PM, Design, Development, Back-Office) with an efficient, self-driven collaboration structure, individual output objectives
  • Establish a transparent, ongoing implementation and product visibility process, keeping all stakeholders informed about relevant topics

Requirements – You must bring with you the following:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and/or key account role, ideally with B2B software background or B2B consumer SaaS
  • Experience scaling and managing a team of A-players, setting high objectives and the culture to reach them
  • A track record in implementing digital solutions with corporate customers
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with excitement for the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once
  • Experience working in agile product development environments, with flexible approaches to project management
  • Strong user experience intuition, empathy with users, and ability to discern seamless UX from poor UX
  • Self-identification as a coach, providing guidance & development to your team, and serving as role model
  • Ideally you have experience in the field of customer service and/or the life science industry
  • Fluent in German, excellent English (verbal and written)
  • French and/or Spanish very appreciated
